Overview

Cutie Poo ("we", "our", or "the app") is a free-to-play arcade game published by the Cutie Poo team. We respect your privacy and only collect the minimum information needed to run the game.

Information We Collect

Leaderboard Data: If you submit a high score, we store the initials you enter and the score on our server. We also generate a random per-device secret so only your device can update its own player stats. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, or location.

Player Stats: Lifetime in-game stats (such as total bubbles, raindrops, coins, and which character you have selected) are stored locally on your device and synced to our server keyed by an anonymous device identifier you generate.

Purchase Data: Purchases (such as Remove Ads) are processed by Apple. RevenueCat tells us only whether a non-personally-identifying anonymous user has the entitlement; we never see your Apple ID, payment method, or billing address.

Advertising & Tracking: Cutie Poo does not track you. We do not use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or ask for tracking permission, and we do not link your information with data from other companies' apps or websites. Banner ads in the free version are non-personalized — they are based only on general context, never on your identity or your activity in other apps.

How We Use Your Information

• Show global and 24-hour rolling leaderboards.
• Sync your in-game progress across game sessions.
• Verify a Remove Ads purchase belongs to your device.
• Display banner advertisements (free version only).

Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. We request non-personalized ads only, so ads are based on general context rather than on tracking your activity across apps or websites. Children's Privacy

Cutie Poo is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Storage and Retention

Personal high scores and player stats are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard entries (initials and scores only) are stored on our server. The 24-hour Daily Power Pooper board automatically removes entries older than 24 hours from view, and entries older than 48 hours are permanently deleted.

Your Choices

• Don't submit a score: simply don't enter initials when prompted.
• Reset your device: deleting and reinstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• Delete leaderboard entries: email us at the address below with your initials and the approximate date of submission and we will remove them.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — banner advertisements (policy)
• Apple App Store / In-App Purchase — payment processing (policy)
• RevenueCat — purchase entitlement verification (policy)
• OpenAI — used server-side for limited AI features; no personally identifying information is sent (policy)
