Cutie Poo - Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Cutie Poo (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases (currently Remove Ads). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. To restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit profane, harassing, or impersonating leaderboard entries.
• Attempt to cheat, modify scores, or interfere with other users' experience.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries and restrict access for users who violate these terms.

5. User Content

The only user content you submit is the initials attached to your high score. By submitting initials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them on our leaderboards.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, music, sound effects, and code in the app are owned by the Cutie Poo team or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and the Cutie Poo team only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you (if applicable). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
