How do I restore a purchase?
- If you bought Remove Ads or unlocked a character and it isn't showing after reinstalling or switching devices, open the in-game settings ("Potty Training") and tap "Restore Purchases". Purchases are tied to the App Store account you bought them with.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads.
- First try "Restore Purchases" in settings. If ads still appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll help sort it out.
How do leaderboards work?
- There are two boards: an all-time top-scores board and a 24-hour daily Power Pooper board. Submitting a score is optional — just skip entering your initials if you don't want to appear.
Can you remove my leaderboard entry?
- Yes. Email us with the initials you used and the approximate date of submission and we'll remove it.
How do I reset my progress?
- Personal high scores and in-game stats are stored on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears all locally stored data.
