How do I restore a purchase?

If you bought Remove Ads or unlocked a character and it isn't showing after reinstalling or switching devices, open the in-game settings ("Potty Training") and tap "Restore Purchases". Purchases are tied to the App Store account you bought them with.

I bought Remove Ads but still see ads.

First try "Restore Purchases" in settings. If ads still appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll help sort it out.

How do leaderboards work?

There are two boards: an all-time top-scores board and a 24-hour daily Power Pooper board. Submitting a score is optional — just skip entering your initials if you don't want to appear.

Can you remove my leaderboard entry?

Yes. Email us with the initials you used and the approximate date of submission and we'll remove it.

How do I reset my progress?

Personal high scores and in-game stats are stored on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears all locally stored data.
